Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan (gram flour)
  • 1 pinchhing / asafoetida
  • 2 pinchajwayin/ carom
  • to tastesalt
  • 2green chilli
  • 2 pinchred chilli powder
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1 handfulMeethi leaves one
  • as neededGreen coriander
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients and make a batter,rest for 10min
