Hamburg Steak (ハンバーグ)

Hamburg steak originated in Germany but has become a popular dish in Japan. It's made from ground meat. Today, I'm presenting it with ground pork instead. The savory taste of pork mixed with the sweetness of onions, enriched with a thick sauce, can be enjoyed as a standalone dish or with rice and clear soup in Japanese style. 😊
