Ingredients

  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tablespoonoil for dough
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add flour and oil mix it very well use little water and make a very hard dough keep 30 minutes for rest

  2. 2

    Take a pan add sugar and 1/2 water make a 1 string syrup keep aside

  3. 3

    Take dough mash it and make smooth dough then make medium size balls

  4. 4

    Roll it cut strips with knife

    Then apply water on edges and fold 2 times one on one

    Now fold one head twist from middle and another head also fold opposite side but no need for twist

    Take a pan add oil heat it and fry on low flame then put for 40 seconds in hot syrup then remove
