Mix flours and rawa in a bowl

Add ginger, pepper, salt, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Mix well

Add water and curd. Mix to form lump free batter

Rest batter for 20 minutes

Stir the batter and add water to form thin batter

Heat tawa and pour the batter. Sprinkle little oil

Once dosa roasts to golden brown, flip and cook

Fold dosa and serve with chutney
