Soak all the daals over night

Strain the water and boil it ina pressure cooker with salt and turmeric powder

Now heat oil and temper Fenugreek seeds

As it splutter add onion slices saute well

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well to remove the raw smell

Now mix red chilli Powder,cumin coriander powder and pour into the pan

Saute the masala and add the boiled daal mix well

Add tomato,slitted green chillies and mix well

Add sugar and water(remaining in the cooker)simmer
- 10
Add kasuri methi crush and serve with Indian flat breads
