Yet another yummy stuffing for the humble parantha, this time our favourite dessert- burfis!
Steps

Combine the flour and ghee in a bowl and mix to form a crumble first

Add warm water gradually to knead a semi soft dough and rest covered for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, knead the dough for a minute again
- 4
Scoop a large lemon sized portion of dough and roll into a disc
- 5
Place a tablespoon full of barfi mashed in the center and seal the edges of the rolled disc
- 6
Sprinkle some flour on the working board and flatten the stuffed parantha gently using your palm
- 7
Gently start rolling it once again into a disc
- 8
Heat a tawa/non stick pan and place the parantha on it
- 9
Cook one side on medium-Low heat until brown spots appear and then flip over
- 10
Add a teaspoon of ghee in the pan and coat it well,as it melts
- 11
Cook the other side too and take off heat. prepare the rest of Parantha the same way
- 12
Enjoy warm Burfi parantha topped with chilled rabri /kheer!
