पनीर - 2 कटोरी(बारीक किसा हुआ)
आलू - 2कटोरी
मूंगफली दाना - 1 कटोरी(बारीक किया हुआ)
नमक - (स्वादानुसार)
लालमिर्च - 1चममच
जीरा-1चम्मच
तेल - तलने के लिए

एक प्याला लेगे और उसमें पनीर, आलू, मूंगफली दानी, नमक, हरी मिर्च, लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर मिला लेंगे,

अच्छी तरह से मिला लीजिए फिर गोले बना लेगे.

फिर गोले बना लेगे.

तवे पर तेल लगाकर टिक्की को दोनों तरफ से सेक लेगे.

तैयार है।

अपनी पंसद की चटनी या चाय के साथ सर्व करेंगे.
