Ingredients

  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/4Salt
  • 1/2 Cupmilk
  • 1 pinchcarom seeds
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Put a all purpose flour in a bowl.Take one spoon flour inside.Put carom seeds and oil in it and rub into flour using your fingers if it will be breadcrumb like texture after doing this put milk in it and make dough take rest for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minute mix the dough now make big boll of dough,take a rolling base and pin.put boll at a time an rolling base and make it smooth thin round shape with the help of rolling pin now round shape maida in first put spread some oil and sprinkle dry maida and roll it 1 1/2 Inc streep Cut out the edge And cut 1 1/2 inch strip.make it 2 inch thin streep with rolling pin.

    Heat the oil and light golden fry this streep.serve with tea.
