Ingredients

25-30 mins
2-3 servings
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 2 tbspmilk powder
  • To tastesugar
  • As neededoil and ghee
  • As neededsugar syrup for sparking the gulab jamuns

Steps

25-30 mins
  1. 1

    At first boil the milk well

  2. 2

    Add sugar and boil

  3. 3

    Now add the semolina batch by batch and stir briskly to avoid sticking or lump

  4. 4

    Add the milk powder and stir

  5. 5

    Finally add ghee and mix

  6. 6

    Switch off the gas and let it cool down

  7. 7

    Take small portion of the mixture and form balls

  8. 8

    Heat oil in a deep wok and fry the balls till golden brown

  9. 9

    Take these out on a tissue paper

  10. 10

    Now soak the gulab jamuns into sugar syrup till it become soft

  11. 11

    Serve it and enjoy.
