4small sweet potatoes
750 mlfull cream milk
5 tbspsugar
as neededDry nuts for garnish

Wash and peel sweet potato then boil and mashed it.

Heat milk in a pan and add the sweet potatoes
3

Cook on low flame. Stirrings occasionally.

Add the sugar, cook some time.

Serve hot and cold with dry nuts.
