I had extra fries after serving my nephew and then I decided to cook something spicy for me.
Steps

Heat oil in a large pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds and toast for afew secs.

Add onions, garlic, and green chilli, fry lightly for 3 mins
- 3
Add all spices except garam masala and cook for 2 mins stirring
- 4
Add tomato and tomato paste and cook for 5mins adding a little water to prevent the sauce from sticking

Add chopped coriander, salt and garam masala and mix well
- 6
Add your fries mixing gently until all fries are coated with the masala.

Serve immediately while hot
