Ingredients

30 mins
1 serving
  1. 1plate of prepared fries
  2. 2tomatoes- puréed
  3. 1large onion (diced)
  4. 3garlic cloves (minced)
  5. 1 bunchcoriander chopped roughly
  6. Halftsp of cumin seeds, coriander & cumin powder & garam masala
  7. 2 TBStomato paste
  8. Halfa tsp mustard seeds & crushed black pepper
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 1 TSPcayenne/chilli pepper (adjust to your spiciness)
  11. 1 piecegreen chilli

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a large pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds and toast for afew secs.

  2. 2

    Add onions, garlic, and green chilli, fry lightly for 3 mins

  3. 3

    Add all spices except garam masala and cook for 2 mins stirring

  4. 4

    Add tomato and tomato paste and cook for 5mins adding a little water to prevent the sauce from sticking

  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander, salt and garam masala and mix well

  6. 6

    Add your fries mixing gently until all fries are coated with the masala.

  7. 7

    Serve immediately while hot
