Ingredients

  • 2 cupCabbage finely chopped
  • 1 cupCarrots finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupCapsicums finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupOnion chopped
  • 2Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspGinger garlic chopped
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/4 cupFlour
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying
  • For gravy
  • 1 tspGinger garlic chopped
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbspTomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspRed chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspCornflour combined with 1cup of water
  • 1 pinchSugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspSpring onion
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

25-30mins
  1. 1

    Mix cabbage,carrots,capsicum,onion,green chilli and ginger garlic paste.Add black pepper powder,flour,cornflour,salt and mix.Make 17-18balls.Deep fry them in medium flame and keep aside.

    For gravy,heat oil in a pan.Add ginger garlic and chilli and saute.To this add soya sauce,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and combine well.Add cornflour mixture and bring to a boil.Reduce flame and add sugar,pepper powder and salt.Also add the fried Veg balls.Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
