Ingredients

  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 tspAjwain (carom seeds)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspdeshi ghee
  • as neededRefined oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big mixing bowl sieve the wheat flour.add salt, ajwain (carom seeds) and ghee.

  2. 2

    Now while adding little water at time start kneading dought for nimki.

  3. 3

    Make a tight dough now take puri size portion roll it like puri.

  4. 4

    Make 4 pecise of it.now with help knife cut like it.leave some space at the edges.

    Now to fry nimki heat oil in a kadai.fry one by one till it turns brown colour.Remove it in a plate.

  6. 6

    Searv with tea, pizza sauce, tomato sauce.
