  • 500 gself Raisn flour
  • 3eggs
  • 6ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupoil
  • 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir sugar, oil, & beaten eggs.

  2. 2

    Add in the sifted flour, followed by the mashed bananas & fold in.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, & grease the baking tin.

  4. 4

    Pour in the batter & bake for 50 minutes or until the knife comes out clear.

  5. 5

    Allow to cool before serving.
