A low calorie high protein recipe invented by me,roasted papad gives perfect crunch to the sprouted bhel and make it a perfect munchy snack for everyone.
Steps

Cut papad into thin strips.

On a nonstick pan or tawa,add 1tbsp oil and roast papad until golden brown or crispy.

Keep it in a airtight box.

Now add all the leftover ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make sprouted bhel.
- 5
Now in a big serving bowl add papad and bhel layer by layer.
- 6
Serve instantly.
