Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked sprouts
  2. 1/4 cupchopped cucumber
  3. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  4. 1/4 cupchopped tomato
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspchat masala
  7. 1 tspbhuna jeera masala
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 2papad
  11. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut papad into thin strips.

  2. 2

    On a nonstick pan or tawa,add 1tbsp oil and roast papad until golden brown or crispy.

  3. 3

    Keep it in a airtight box.

  4. 4

    Now add all the leftover ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make sprouted bhel.

  5. 5

    Now in a big serving bowl add papad and bhel layer by layer.

  6. 6

    Serve instantly.
