Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgrated cabbage
  2. 4-5 tspcorn flour
  3. 1 tspblack pepper
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1onion finely chopped
  6. 1Carrot grated
  7. 1/2 cupcabbage grated
  8. 1/2 cupspring onion
  9. 1-2 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1-2 tsptomato sauce
  11. 1 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspvinegar
  13. 1/2 tspchilli sauce
  14. 2 tspcorn flour
  15. 1 pinchred colour food
  16. To tastesalt
  17. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fried all Manchurian balls and keep aside.

  2. 2

    For Manchurian balls:
    Add grated cabbage, salt, black pepper and corn flour in a mixing bowl add enough water and make balls.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add Manchurian balls, deep fried till golden in colour.

  4. 4

    Now add all sauces, black pepper, salt and saute it.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok add chopped veggies and saute it.

  6. 6

    Now add corn flour paste and water and take a boil.

  7. 7

    Add Manchurian balls, cook on low flame and serve hot
