  1. 1

    First wash the spinach with warm water with salt

    Now heat a kadai then add oil and red chilli and garlic

    Now add spinach in kadai and add a pinch of salt, mix and cover the lid of kadai

    Now after 5 min fry well then garnish with fried peanuts..
