Ingredients

  • 2 cupRice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • Oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead a dough with rice flour, salt, ajwain and required water. Make balls.

  2. 2

    Boil it in hot water half an hour.

  3. 3

    Strain all water.again knead a dough.

  4. 4

    Roll it lime a roti, cut strips with knife.and keep in sunlight 4..5 hours.

  5. 5

    Deep fry all strips in medium hot oil.

  6. 6

    Serve with tea.
