Steam the chopped cabbage and drain the water

Heat oil add cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

As it get golden brown add the powdered masalas and ginger,saute well

Add tomato mix well adding sugar

Finally add garam masala powder and ghee

Serve it with rice or chapati
