  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1large tomato

Steps

30min.
  1. 1

    Wash managu, boil for 20 minutes to reduce bitterness.

  2. 2

    Fry onions in one tbsp of oil.add tomatoes. Then add salt. Stir very well.

  3. 3

    Add in boiled managing and stir cook for 30minutes then serve.
