Stir-Fried Pork with Broccoli and Cauliflower

Cut the vegetables into pieces and soak them in salt water

Marinate the pork with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, shallots, and a little MSG

Blanch the vegetables in boiling water, then soak them in a bowl of cold water

Sauté garlic, add the pork, and stir until cooked

Add the vegetables, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender. Once everything is cooked, add green onions and finish with a sprinkle of pepper
