Ingredients

10 minutes
2-4 servings
  1. 1onion chopped in cubes
  2. 2-4garlic cloves,chopped
  3. 2 cupred pumpkin,chopped
  4. 2 tbsplemon juice
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1 tbspoil or butter
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspCream
  9. 1 tbsp sauted vegetables like 3 colour bell peppers
  10. 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the pan and spread the oil or butter in a pan.

  2. 2

    Place onion, garlic and red pumpkin in the pan.

  3. 3

    Roast until golden brown

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and cool down.

  5. 5

    Grind into a smooth paste.

  6. 6

    Pour the paste into pan and add some water or milk,black pepper,lemon juice and salt.

  7. 7

    Boil it for 2 mins,stirring constantly.

  8. 8

    Top with Cream,sauted vegetables like 3 colors bell peppers and crushed black pepper powder.

  9. 9

    Serve hot.
