Heat the butter and saute chopped onion for few minutes now add cut pumpkin close the lid and whistle on low flame for 10 minutes

Off the flame and cool down.blend the mixture until it turns into smooth creamy puree

Take a non stick pan put on pumpkin puree and add milk salt,black pepper cook for few minutes.serve hot garnish with cream
