Ingredients

4 servings
  • For dough
  • 5 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tbspMaida
  • 1 tbspSoya flour
  • 1Egg well beaten
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • 1 pinchNutmeg powder
  • 2 cupsFor kheer- Milk
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 2Cardamom
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 8cashew nuts fried
  • For garnish-
  • 1 tspPistachio slices
  • Kesar few threads

Steps

    In a kadai pour the milk with the above mentioned ingredients one by one, cook till it is reduce to half. Meanwhile mix the dough ingredients, after mixing add beaten egg slowly to the mixture. Knead properly & make a sticky dough, divide into

    15 portions and make oval shaped balls. Place the balls into the kheer milk, the egg rasmalai will increase in size while boiling into the milk. Cook 3 minutes in low flame. Then decorate with pistachios, cashew nuts and kesar. Serve chilled.
