Ingredients

175 servings
  1. 2/3 CupSwerve Confectioners
  2. 6 piecesunsweetened chocolate baking bar
  3. 3 TbspOrganic Sunflower Butter
  4. 3 TbspNatural Almond Butter
  5. 6 TbspSour Cream
  6. 3 CupsHeavy Cream
  7. 6 ozCream Cheese bar

Steps

    Let cream cheese sit out to soften

  2. 2

    Pour cold heavy cream into mixing bowl and mix with hand mixer until thick and peaks start forming

  3. 3

    Add cream cheese and sour cream to bowl and mix smooth

  4. 4

    Melt chocolate in microwave and then add to bowl and mix evenly

  5. 5

    Add nut butters and mix evenly

  6. 6

    Add Swerve and mix evenly

  7. 7

    Add to silicone candy molds and freeze for 4hrs. Then keep in freezer until desired. I only had 3 molds with 15 slots in each so I could only make 45 at a time so it took me a few days to freeze them all. I kept the mixture in the fridge between protionings.
