Steps

Take boiled eggs. Cut into 4 pieces

Now heat oil in pan. Add chopped onions,curry leaves, saute for 2-3 minutes

Now add tomatoes & chopped green chilli

Put all dry ingredients like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder mix well. Salt as per taste

Cook until leave oil in pan..

Simple & easy egg katli is ready to eat with paranthas & chapatis
