Heat oil temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add papaya and Potatoes saute well

As moisture releases add salt and turmeric powder and cover it

Add ginger paste saute for a while to remove raw smell

Add red chilli powder and sugar and mix

Sprinkle garam masala powder and switch off the flame

Serve it with rice or chapati
