This fruited bread is an Italian Christmas speciality. Making it yourself is very easy with your Thermomix and will cost you a fraction of the price of a bought panettone, and it will taste fresh and delicious. Lovely as a gift. Leftovers make a wonderful bread and butter pudding. Makes about a 1 kg loaf. Without the sultanas and the peel it turns into a pandoro.

Yogurt Pull-Apart Bread Yogurt Pull-Apart Bread
I just wanted to use up some leftover plain yogurt, so I added a lot of it.The dough is made simply by mixing yogurt into it, but I didn't want to go out of my way to make something extra to top the bread but I still wanted some sort of simple topping, so I was pondering this problem for a while.I used a 21 cm frying pan with a removable handle to bake this bread. A 21 cm frying pan can hold about 346 ml, but an 18 cm square baking pan can hold about 324 ml. So the bread should come out to about the same size. Calculate the capacity of whatever pan you want to use to bake the bread in this way. For a domed bread loaf, just put the dough in the pan. For a square Pullman type loaf, calculate the amount of dough by dividing the capacity of the pan by 3.5. Recipe by Osshosan cookpad.japan -

Orange Peel & Chocolate Chip Brioche Orange Peel & Chocolate Chip Brioche
I made a whole bunch of candied orange peel from oranges so I decided to make a cake or bread! And since recently I really love chocolate with orange, I combined them both into a rich brioche dough to make a cake-like bread. You don't need to use a muffin tray; you can bake them in any shape or size you want. For the milk in brioche dough, the amount changes depending on the weight of the egg, so mix the ※ ingredients to make a total of 145g.If you don't have candied peel, you can use marmalade and chocolate chips. In that case, the dough will only be slightly sweet, so you can increase the amount of sugar if you want. The baking time and temperature should be adjusted to suit your own oven.
