Ingredients

  1. 1 Bowlmaida
  2. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. To tastesalt
  5. For filling
  6. 1 cupgrated cheese
  7. 1onion
  8. 1capsicum
  9. 1 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 tspmix herbs
  11. To tastesalt
  12. 1 tspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Add maida, salt, curd and baking soda in a mixing bowl and make a dough

  2. 2

    Rest dough for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Now make a roti with the dough

  4. 4

    Spread cheese, sliced onion, capsicum, mix herbs, black pepper and salt in half part.

    Cover with another part

  6. 6

    Grease butter on top.

  7. 7

    Bake it for 15 minutes in preheated oven.

  8. 8

    Cut into slices and serve hot
