Steps

Grind Parle G biscuits into grinder and make into fine powder.

In a bowl add cocoa powder, Chocolate syrup and 1 tbsp ghee.

Mix well and knead to make a soft dough. Add milk if needed

In another bowl place desiccated coconut, cardamom powder,powdered sugar and 1tsp butter..Mix it well.

Now place the dough into butter greased foil paper and roll dough with the help of rolling pin and make rectangular shape.

Over rolled dough apply coconut mixture and slightly press with the help of spatula.

Now roll tightly to make swiss roll cover and keep into refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.

After 2hours remove from refrigerator and cut it into same size. Place it into airtight container to keep soft. Simple but sweet,no bake Parle Biscuits Swiss Roll is ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
