Brinjal bajiya

Dry Roast ground nut, til and poppy seeds and powder along with salt turmeric chilli powder

Add little tamarind juice, jaggery, crushed garlic pods little oil nod mix

Stuff the above masala into brinjals by slitting the BRINJAL into four parts

Microwave the stuffed BRINJAL for two minutes or alternatively cook on greased tava till half done

Mix half cup of besan, salt turmeric, masala Dhania powder and chilli powder

Heat two spoons of oil and crackle half spoon each of Ajwain and jeera and mix it with the basan
- 7
Add sufficient water and make Bajji batter
- 8
Dip the stuffed BRINJAL in the batter and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame. Serve hot
