Steps

Take a bowl,put besan with 1/2 tsp salt,red chilli powder, 4 tsp oil & carrom seeds

Mix well & knead it with the help of water to make a smooth dough

. Make as many as rolls u can from the dough

Take a karahi,put 2 cup of water in it

When it start boiling,add rolls one by one& let it be cooked for 20 min on slow flame

Take a non stick pan,put 1 tbsp of oil in it

When it heatsup,add chopped onions,curry leaves & ginger garlic paste & cook until it becomes golden in colour

Now add 1/2 tsl red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmetic powder & 1/2 tsp coriander powder & mix well & cook for few seconds

Now add chopped tomatoes & cook well till they become soft & the paste start spreading oil from corners

Take out the rolls from y karahi & cut them in small pieces

Put these pieces in the paste with leftover water & cook until they become soft while chewing,u can add more water according to need

Pour the cooked subzi in a nice bowl & garnish with garam madala & coriander leaves

Serve hot with chapatis
