Ingredients

250 gmMota besan
225 gmbura
90 gmdesi ghee
50 gmmix dry fruits
1/2 tspelaichi powder

Steps

Heat ghee in heavy bottom pan. Fry dry furits till become light brown. Keep aside

Now add besan in the same pan and roast it till golden brown on low heat.

And wait till it become cold now add bura,dry fruits and elaichi powder in it. Make laddo of desired size.
