Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1small bottle gourd peeled and chopped
  • 1/2pumpkin pumpkin chopped
  • 1 handfullentil dumplings
  • 1/2buhch coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tspcelery seeds
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and roast the dumplings well keep aside

  2. 2

    Now add more oil add celery seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Now add chopped gourd and pumpkin,saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    As water dries up add the lentils and sugar mix well

  5. 5

    Finally add coriander leaves and serve
