Ingredients

25 minutes

  • 2snake gourds scraped and sliced
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add chopped gourd and saute well

  3. 3

    Cover it till it become soft

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix

  5. 5

    Fry on high heat adding sugar

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice and daal or chapati
