Ingredients

  1. 2 medium sizeBoiled and grated potatoes
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  6. 1 tspDry mint leaves
  7. 1/4 tspAmchur powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil - for frying
  10. 1 tbspOil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and mix well.

    Don`t use water.

    Make a soft and smooth dough.

  4. 4

    Keep aside for 30 mins.

  5. 5

    Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the bhujia.

  6. 6

    Use the bhujia / sev make machine and fixed the bhujia plate.

  7. 7

    Fill the machine with potato and gram flour mixture dough.

  8. 8

    When oil is hot press the bhujia machine over the oil.

  9. 9

    Put the the gas in a medium flame.

  10. 10

    Repeat the process to finish the dough.

  11. 11

    Deep fry the bhujia for 2 - 3 mins and then flip it.

  12. 12

    Drain in paper napkin.

  13. 13

    Serve hot with tea.
