Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 150 gmbhuna chana without it's chilka
  • 3/4 bowlBura or grounded sugar
  • 3/4 bowlGhee or as required
  • as neededDry Fruits of your choice-chopped almonds and cashew nuts etc

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a fine powder of the roasted chana in grinder.

  2. 2

    Roast this fine powder in a pan for 5_10minutes till it smells nice.

  3. 3

    Add the bura (sugar can be converted into bura in a grinder)

  4. 4

    Add ghee and all the dry fruits.

  5. 5

    Mix all the ingredients well.

  6. 6

    Make small laddos of any size that you want

  7. 7

    To make them, healthier, we can use chilke wale chane also.
