Grind leftover rice roughly. I used nutrilla rice as left over rice. It gave more nutrition and taste to my recipe.

Now take a bowl and add rice and all ingredientes except corn flour and oil. Mix them all well. Now add corn flour 1 table spoon and mix well.

Now make cutlets and roll them in corn flour and heat oil in pan and fry them all till golden brown.

Serve with Mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
