1 bowlLeftover potatoes
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspAjwain
1/4 tspKalungi
1-2Onion chopped
1-2Green chilli chopped
3-4 tspVermicelli
Oil for frying

Steps

Cook potatoes in a non stick pan so that all gravy dries out

Mash the potatoes then add all the ingredients except vermicelli and oil.

Mix well. Make flat tikkis of it

Coat tikkis with vermicelli. Shallow fry. Serve with coriander chutney.
