Steps

In a pan heat 1tsp oil.Put garlic paste green chillie. Saute well.

Then add onion paste. Cook for a min. Now add tomato paste.

Add all dry spices. Mix well. Keep aside and let it cool for a min.

Now take leftover roti and stuff this masala on half side of roti.

Fold it and again put masala on one fourth side and again fold it. (As shown in pic)

Now heat oil in griddle and shallow fry rotis on both sides till brown and crispy.

Serve hot with chutney.
