150 gramgourd sliced
2Potatoes sliced
1 tspnigella seeds
1red chilli
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and red chilli

Add gourd and Potatoes saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover it till it become soft
4

Now add sugar and mix well
5

Serve it with rice
