Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 200 gramroasted moong daal
  2. 1 cupbottle gourd sliced
  3. 1 tspcelery seeds
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add celery seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add gourd slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add moong daal and mix

  4. 4

    Add water and boil until it gets soft

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it with main course
