Ingredients

  1. 14 pcsto 24pcs Wings
  2. 5-6Hard Boiled Eggs
  3. 1 Cuplight soya sauce
  4. 1 Cupdark soya sauce
  5. 3-4 clovesgarlic
  6. 4-5 pcsginger
  7. Rock Sugar
  8. 5-8star anise 八角
  9. 2capful of Xhaohing Wine
  10. Hot Water

Cooking Instructions

    Defrost Wings n rinse. Boiled Eggs (skin off easier ~ soak in cold water when hot. Peel). Garlic chopped or in cloves.

    Boiled a pot of water with 2 slice of Ginger.

    Throw in Wings and boiled for 3 mins.

  4. 4

    Rinse in Cold Water thoroughly.

    Throw in 2 slice of ginger, star anise, garlic, rock sugar 2 big pcs, 2 capful of shaoxing wine.

    Throw all eggs n wings in and add hot boiling water. Just covering all wings n eggs. High ~Med Heat 10mins.

    Taste the Sauce. Should be 70% salty with a little sweetness. If salty Add hot water. If not salty add in 1:1 light and dark soya sauce or rock sugar to get that taste. Switch Heat OFF. Soak for only 30 to 40mins. Taste wings, if bland soak longer. If ok take out Wings. Eggs u can soak for 1-2 hrs.

    Done! Serve it hot or under room temperature (for the leftover sauce you can save it for next batch or a sauce for rice, can place sauce in fridge/freezer for 1-2 weeks)
