Ingredients

  • 1 Cupmaida
  • 1/4 cupatta
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • as neededOil
  • 2eggs
  • 3 tspmilk
  • 2spring onion with leaves and cellery chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspcorriender chopped

    First make a atta and maida dough by adding salt 1 tsp, ajwain, oil 2 tsp. Mix well so that oil is mixed well with flour. Than add 1 tsp milk. And add water little by little and make a moderate dough. Keep it to rest for 15 mins.

    Now break the eggs and whisk it well. Than take a non stick pan. Put some oil and add the chopped onion, tomato, chilli, corriender with some salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder. When onion become translucent add the whisked egg. Cook for 2 mins. Mix well and keep aside.

    Now take the dough apply some oil on palm and apply on the dough well. Now make 2 big balls. Roll out 1 thin big roti on the platform to the size of tava. Now apply water on the edges of the roti and place the egg mixture in the centre.

    Now close from the sides to form a big packet. Now take non stick take heat it and add oil when oil gets heated put the muglai Paratha on the tava. Cook for 2 mins on each side. Serve with some tomato chilli sauce or mint chutney.
