First take fresh curd in a bowl & blend it with a spoon.

Grate cucumber & carrot.

Add grated cucumber & carrot into curd & mix well.

Add salt.

Make tadka for raita, so heat the small pan take 1 spoon oil when oil is heated put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry patta & green chilli.

Then turn above tadka in a curd bowl.

Add chopped corrainder leaves & mix well & serve.
