This is my son’s favorite salsa. We MUST have this on hand at all times. It’s does have some decent heat but the pineapple evens it out nicely. Of course you can increase or decrease the heat level to fit your tolerance. Luckily my boy can take some serious heat...like his Dad!

Ingredients

  1. 1 canOriginal Ro-tel
  2. 1/4 cupwhite onion (roughly chopped)
  3. 1/8 cupcilantro (roughly chopped)
  4. 1/8 cupfresh pineapple
  5. 4 oztomato sauce
  6. 2 tspminced garlic
  7. 1large Habanero (chopped, seeds included)
  8. 1/2 tspsea salt (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a food processor (ie; Ninja, etc) and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
