Measurements mostly in twos & not much else in the house. You know how everyone in the house doesn't want that yummy beef stew? Well, now it's made & served however, just makes a few wish they'd ate that stew LOL. But, once served they all liked it, except my boy, he likes nothing, so he ate something different.

Stir altogether except for the canned vegetables,(tomatoes are the exception, those need to cook all day for flavor & never drain those!)... WARNING: this NOT something I'd leave unattended all day, rice is funny that way

Put lid on crockpot & cook on high for 3 hours

Turn down to low for the next 2 hours

Now add canned vegetables; drained & cook until hot enough, I'd give it another hour

Serve alone or what the heck a lil bread & butter never hurt anyone
