In a bowl take one cup wheat flour add salt 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon oil and make a soft dough (for white portion)

In another bowl add 1 cup wheat flour 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon of oil and make a dough with the help of carrot juice (it's for saffron colour)

In another bowl add remaining flour cumin seeds and oil now add coriander paste mix well and make a soft dough (it's for green colour)

Now roll all the three colour dough in a shape of big chapati

Now first place saffron colour chapati then white and then place green chapati

Now roll it all three together press gentle and then cut the small small portion with the help of knife it's comes out in spiral form

Now roll this small ball in a shape of puri

Heat oil in a wok and then deep fry it

Tiranga puri is ready to serve
