Take one pan add ghee add soji strair continuesly till little brown colour add milk

Strair it nicly add sugar make consistency thicker sijra ready now add elaichi powder and than divide three parts take one bowl one part keep it one side and se ond part add one pinch orange colour ya mix red and yellow colour mix it well-and than

Third part you can add green colour mix well

Take one small bowl grish ghee make leyer take one by one put it inside the bowl and than press it nicly

Now take one plat put it on the bowl reverse it and than cake will be coming out nicly for garnishing you can use grated Almond and Almond ready to serve
