  1. 3 Slicespineapple
  2. 1 Cupflour
  3. 2 tbssugar
  4. 120 mloil
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1/2 Tspbicarbonate of soda
  8. Glaze cherries

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter your tin ang sprinkle the sugar

    Arrange the pineapples and put cherries in the middle

    In a mixer mix the flour,oil,eggs till well mixed

    Spread with a spatula gently on the pineapples

  5. 5

    Bake at 160 degrees for 25 mins
